The OREO Dark Chocolate Cookies are two classic OREO chocolate wafers loaded with dark chocolate-flavored creme between them. OREO Carrot Cake Cookies put a delicious spin on the classic OREO that we all love. Cream cheese frosting flavored creme is loaded between two OREO Carrot Cake Cookies, and the combination is simply divine.
For me, it was love at first bite when I tried the OREO Carrot Cake Cookies. They taste just like carrot cake, one of my favorite sweet treats, and I just knew that I had to try them dipped in white chocolate. The combination is nothing short of amazing, and I wanted to share how to make these white chocolate dipped OREO Carrot Cake Cookies so that you can try them too!
White chocolate dipped OREO Carrot Cake Cookies
These white chocolate dipped OREO Carrot Cake Cookies are super simple to make, and only require a few ingredients.
- 1 package OREO Carrot Cake Cookies
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
Step 1. Melt the white chocolate chip. I always just use the microwave method, but you can do whichever way you prefer. If using the microwave, just put on high for 20 second intervals, stirring very well in between, until all of the chips are melted.
Step 2. Dip the OREO Carrot Cake Cookies into the melted white chocolate. Place on wax paper and sprinkle some sprinkles on top.
Step 3. Let the chocolate harden and enjoy! I always stick a tray in the refrigerator to let my chocolate harden quicker, since I am impatient.
