Last week, I shared about my mission to lose weight and it really took a lot of bravery on my end to share that story. Today, I’m here to share another aspect of my weight loss mission, using the BodyBoss Ultimate Body Fitness Guide. It’s a workout you can do anywhere, anytime and is super easy to follow.

The BodyBoss method uses a high intensity approach, or HIIT which allows you to burn more fat and calories than steady state cardio and offers greater results in less time. Metabolism is actually boosted for 24 hours after a workout and helps to burn fat while retaining muscle.
My training started with the pre-training week 1 of daily warm up stretches then HIIT Circuits on Monday and Wednesday, Recovery on Tuesday, Cardio on Thursday and a Power-Up Workout on Friday. Saturday and Sunday are days for resting. Week 2 and 3 got a little more intense each day and now I’m almost ready for week 4 of the pre-training section.
After almost 3 weeks of pre-training, I am starting to notice a difference in how I feel mentally and physically. The routines have gotten easier as time has passed and I’m looking forward to seeing some major results once the 12 week program is complete. What I love most, is that I can workout at home, on my time, without having to feel the self-consciousness that I’ve always felt at a gym.
