I’ve partnered with POM Wonderful to bring you this tasty Pomegranate Margarita Recipe. As always, all opinions are my own.
Pomegranates are a Middle Eastern fruit that are very good for you. Pomegranates are rich in antioxidants and contain many vitamins that are quite beneficial to people. I’m sharing all about POM Wonderful, a 100% pomegranate juice that can help to maintain healthy muscles because it’s a good source of potassium.
In fact, you’ll get as much potassium as you would from eating 2 bananas, when you drink one 16oz bottle of POM Wonderful. With no added sugar, artificial ingredients or cheap filler juices, you’ll get as much juice as four whole pomegranates in each bottle too. It’s 100% pure and is tasty, authentic and powered by pomegranate antioxidants.
Ninja Warrior Campaign
The American Ninja Warrior television series on NBC is in its 9th season this year and POM Wonderful is excited to partner with them on a co-branded episode of “Crashing the Course,” where they’ll spill the secrets that push Ninja Warriors to their Crazy Healthy limits. Fueling their bodies with POM Wonderful’s 100% Pomegranate Juice, these Ninjas will tackle super intense obstacles, embodying the essence of POM Wonderful’s ‘Crazy Healthy’ campaign. POM is the perfect drink to help you get Crazy Healthy if you’re inspired by these tough Ninja challenges.
Lil Man and I are especially fond of POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice and I just love that I can order it right from AmazonFresh and have it shipped directly to my house – super convenient!
I’ve really been enjoying my margaritas this summer and I’ve been playing around with flavors. I found this most delicious recipe on their website for a Frozen Pomarita, which is basically a Pomegranate Margarita.
Pomegranate Margarita Recipe AKA Frozen Pomarita
- 1 oz. freshly squeezed pomegranate juice* or POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 1 oz. tequila
- 1 oz. triple sec liqueur
- 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 oz. simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water dissolved together in cold water)
- Salt and lime for garnish (optional)
I like to use my Ninja to make these drinks but you can use a blender or whatever else you make frozen beverages in.
Fill the Ninja cup with about 1/2 cup of ice, add all of the other ingredients and blend well. Pour into glass and garnish with salt and a lime if desired.
