But I’m always up for trying new things so I thought that I would give these Garden Lites muffins a try. I mean, it surely couldn’t hurt anything, right? I always hear about how important veggies are for our diet and frankly, I like most vegetables.
I’m a lover of all things chocolate so I started off by trying the Garden Lites Chocolate Muffins. Though I was at first skeptical, that feelings changed after just one bite. I was honestly surprised at how good these chocolate muffins tasted! Not only are they absolutely delicious, but they’re super moist too! I guess that moisture is thanks to the zucchini. Who would have guessed that?!
If the Garden Lites Chocolate Muffins tasted this good, I wondered if the Blueberry Oat Muffins could be equally as good, so naturally I had to give them a try immediately after. I mean, since they’re made with 1/3 vegetables, I could get away with indulging in two, right?
I’m happy to say that the Blueberry Oat Muffins are in fact, quite divine! They’re loaded with plump, juicy blueberries and you can see the little specks of shredded zucchini and carrots. Both of these Garden Lites muffin varieties are so much tastier than I thought they would be and the best part is that I’ve found a new snack that I don’t have to feel guilty about!
The things that sets Garden Lites products apart from the rest if that veggies are actually the first and primary ingredient inside these muffins. I’d say they sure provide a tastier and more convenient way to eat your veggies! The rest of the ingredients are clean and simple, and their products are gluten, dairy and nut free. Who knew something so good for you could taste so good?!
