With the unpredictable winter weather, sometimes you just have to compromise a night out for a night in and sometimes you just have to actually plan a night in for those days when the snow is falling and the roads are too dangerous to drive on. Those are the kind of days that my family likes to snuggle in the family room and watch movies so today I’m sharing one of the boys’ favorite movie night snack recipes, Chicken Nachos with Olives & Jalapenos.
These Chicken Nachos with Olives & Jalapenos are super tasty, a little spicy and easy enough to make thanks to Tyson® Chicken Tenders. And to sweeten the deal, I’m totally loving Tyson Products’ ‘Winter to Go’ offer with Redbox® at Walmart. Simply purchase 2 participating Jimmy Dean®, State Fair®, or Tyson products then snap a photo of your receipt and upload it on www.TysonFreeMovieNight.com to get two promo codes, each good for a free movie night from Redbox.* Make sure you head to a Walmart Supercenter or Walmart Neighborhood Market and check the participating products like Tyson Chicken Tenders and State Fair 16 count Corn Dogs from this list.
*1 promotional code per transaction. Payment card required. Charges apply for additional days. Can’t be combined with other offers. Subject to additional terms. Void where prohibited.
Chicken Nachos with Olives & Jalapenos
You’ll need the following ingredients to make your Chicken Nachos with Olives & Jalapenos:
- Tyson Chicken Tenders
- Black olives, sliced
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Tortilla chips
Use as much or as little as each item as you want, depending on how many people you’re feeding and how hungry they are.
Cook the Tyson Chicken Tenders according to package directions. Remove from oven when done cooking and cut each one into 4 smaller pieces.
Line a plate with tortilla chips, then top with cut Tyson Chicken Tenders, cheese, black olives, jalapenos and more cheese.
Turn on your oven’s broiler and stick your plate on a baking sheet. Broil for just a few minutes, until cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven and serve warm.
