I have a lot of store bought decorations for the holidays, but this year I really wanted to make some of my own. I’ve been saving all of our jars lately to use for crafting and thought they would be perfect to make into snow globes. A quick trip to the craft store and I had everything I needed to make a waterless snow globe.
Supplies:
- Diorama style Christmas trees
- Fake Snow
- Glass jars with lids
- White craft glue
- Twine (optional)
Directions:
1. Put white glue on the inside of the lid. Let it dry for a few minutes so it gets a little tacky.
2. Put the tree on the glue and allow it to dry
3. Add another layer of glue and then add the snow
4. Allow to dry and then put the jar on top
5. You can add some twine around the bottom to make it even more festive
This is a really quick craft to make and is so easy to do. It’s the perfect decoration for the mantle or on a windowsill and is a timeless decoration for the holiday season.
