People everywhere are traveling this summer and many of those travelers are taking to the road instead of traveling further distances via planes. So it got me thinking of the things that I always have to take on road trips. Here are some of the items that I travel with.
- Revo Luggage, Optics 20-in. Expandable Spinner Carry-On
- Unionbay Oval Sunglasses – Women
- Beats UrBeats In-Ear Headphones
- Chaps Home Quilted Comfort Pillow
- SONOMA life + style® Ultimate Performance Bath Towels
- Apt. 9® Print Sublimation Empire Dress – Women’s
- Candie’s® Floral Flip-Flops – Women
First up is the Revo Luggage, Optics 20-in. Expandable Spinner Carry-On. I couldn’t handle a suitcase that I had to lug around, so this one is perfect because it’s got wheels and a long enough handle that I can throw my backpack onto as well. No lugging heavy stuff for me!
Then of course – Unionbay Oval Sunglasses! I don’t think anyone should ever drive without sunglasses because that darn sun can be blinding! Beats UrBeats In-Ear Headphones are a must too because that way I can listen to what I want on the radio and the kids can have the ear buds for whatever they want to listen to – without disturbing or distracting me.
Some of you might call me crazy, but I like to travel with my own pillows and towels. The Chaps Home Quilted Comfort Pillows are super soft and comfy – perfect for a good night’s rest. In the morning, when it’s time to shower, I have my fresh new SONOMA life + style® Ultimate Performance Bath Towels. There’s just something weird to me about using pillows and towels that other people use. Yes, I know I might be just a bit odd!
I’ve started getting really into dresses over the past couple of years. They’re just so comfortable, you can’t go wrong! My ideal outfit to wear while driving long distances is a dress and flip flops. Kohl’s has some really cute options like the Apt. 9® Print Sublimation Empire Dress and Candie’s® Floral Flip-Flops. Both can easily be dressed up or down depending on where you’re going!
So there you have it, I’ve share my summer road trip essentials with you. What are your summer road trip essentials?
