All families have their dreams to live comfortably in their own home, a dream that for many is rewarded while others are not as lucky; but why is that? Many working families are able to find homes for sale that they find interesting and very livable but don’t necessarily buy. Is it the various factors in life that keep us from buying, do we simply not have the guts to make that move; or are we unable to qualify for the right mortgage rates? In the end is it because of banks that so many of us can’t fulfill that dream of owning a home?
